DAIKIN
Heat Pump Systems
We offer to your attention the construction of heating, ventilation and cooling systems with heat pump installation of Daikin Altherma or Toshiba Estia. Depending on the heating costs, a heat pump (cold/heat carrier water) or a VRF system (cold/heat carrier Freon) can be optionally used from the "smart" intelligent control system for one, the other or both heat sources in winter. The heat pump can be used for heating, cooling and DHW (water for washing and bathing).
It supplies the underfloor heating and the convectors, which can be connected to the intelligent control and controlled centrally via it or locally via their thermostats. There is also an option with a hybrid ( natural gas and heat pump module) system, as well as with the new compact gas condensing boiler from Daikin or Viessmenn. For our VIP clients we offer ceiling cooling installations, air refreshment and air treatment against bacteria and viruses.
Air conditioning system with fresh air
This type of installation uses an air-to-water heat pump, condensing boiler, Freon air conditioning system or other type of energy source.
Regenerative machines use the energy of the exhaust air to heat/cool the fresh air. Their high efficiency allows rooms/offices to be air conditioned with significantly less energy, without the need for recirculation.
This allows the maintenance of 100% sanitary air treatment. No stagnant areas, no odors and mold, which is a particularly important condition in case of epidemic diseases, allergic and pulmonary problems.
As an addition, a humidifier can be installed. This system can be connected to the central intelligent control system, which makes it possible to control the air flow and velocity, as well as its temperature and humidity. The connection with the unit is made via ducts discreetly positioned in the ceiling layout, on which can be fitted linear diffusers for the even distribution of supply and absorbed air.
Ionization and air humidification
In natural conditions the air is clean, not only because sources of pollution are absent, but it is also saturated with negatively charged, light and mobile oxygen molecules. Sources of atmospheric air ionization are the sun's rays, atmospheric electricity (lightnings), Earth's static electricity, sea surfs, forests and other natural factors.
The air in cities and especially in dwellings differs in purity, in the degree of ionization of oxygen, in the content of dust, household allergens and harmful gases and microbes. Airing or air-conditioning does not solve the problem, because once indoors, the ambient air quickly becomes deionized, loses the useful negative charge of oxygen and becomes "dead".
An air ionizer, (not an ozonator), allows the indoor air composition to approach that of natural resorts, especially in the presence of ducted systems. It reduces the content of harmful dust, allergens and microbes, which under the influence of negative charges fall to the surface, restoring to the air the beneficial power of oxygen.
